This specific project features a custom-designed firewall partition wall, with an extended design where the wall connects to the roof on both sides to ensure fire safety. According to the client’s architect, this design fully complies with local fire safety standards in Uruguay. The use of 50mm rock wool sandwich panels offers exceptional fire resistance, ensuring the overall safety of the structure.
Additionally, the wall panel color scheme was designed with a contrasting color approach—combining gray and off-white panels—to create a modern, stylish look for the entire warehouse. This design not only meets functional requirements but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the space.
During a recent visit to our factory, this client mentioned that their logistics warehouse is partly for self-use and partly for rental purposes, with plans to expand the logistics warehouse annually. This visit was a preparatory step for larger-scale projects in the future.
Looking back to 2019, this client initially requested a metal roof ridge ventilation. Our engineering team tailored the design to their specifications, and this solution has since been used in several subsequent projects.
